Refund Policy

At Cosmic Sutra, we are committed to providing quality services and products. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

Digital Products & E-Books

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are only granted if the product has not been downloaded or accessed
  • Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, it is considered non-refundable

Physical Books

  • Books must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged or defective books will be replaced at no additional cost
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item

Online Courses

  • Free courses are non-refundable
  • Paid courses: Refund available within 7 days if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
  • Advanced courses: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds after course completion certificate is issued

Consulting Services

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced
  • Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling option
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or rescheduling option
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

Calculator Reports

  • Free reports: Non-refundable
  • Paid detailed reports: Refund available within 48 hours if report has not been accessed
  • Once accessed, reports are non-refundable as the service has been delivered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us at info@cosmicsutra.in within the applicable refund period
  2. Include your order number and reason for refund request
  3. For physical products, await return authorization before shipping items back

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized services
  • Completed sessions or consultations
  • Accessed digital content
  • Special event tickets or workshops (unless event is cancelled)
