Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Introduction

Cosmic Sutra offers Spiritual, Astrological, Self-Development and Energy-based Products, including Rudraksha, Gemstones, Crystals, Yantras, Malas, Pooja items, Vaastu Remedies, Essential Oil Remedies, Self-Help Books and Graphotherapy Workbooks.

Due to the sacred, personal, hygiene-sensitive and energy-sensitive nature of these products, this policy is designed to protect customer trust, product purity and product integrity. Customers are requested to read the product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only when:

• The product is damaged or broken during transit;
• An incorrect product has been delivered;
• A manufacturing or printing defect is found;
• The product received is different from the confirmed order;
• A book or workbook has missing, damaged or incorrectly printed pages.

Customers must provide their Order ID, clear photographs and an unboxing video as proof.

3. Return Request Period

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase;
• Dissatisfaction with expected spiritual, personal or self-development results;
• Minor natural variations in colour, size, shape, texture, marks, fragrance or weight;
• Products that have been used, worn, activated, energized, altered or tampered with;
• Products not returned in their original packaging;
• Customized, personalized, made-to-order or specially energized products;
• Books or workbooks that have been written in, marked, folded, damaged or used;
• Essential oils or liquid remedies that have been opened, used or have a broken seal;
• Products damaged due to improper handling, storage or use.

5. Spiritual, Energy-Sensitive and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Rudraksha, gemstones, crystals, yantras, malas, pooja items and Vaastu remedies are considered sacred and energy-sensitive. Once worn, used, installed, activated, energized or handled beyond basic inspection, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Essential oils and other liquid remedies cannot be returned once opened or used due to hygiene, safety and product-integrity considerations.

* Natural products may have minor variations in colour, fragrance, shape, texture, marks, size or appearance. Such natural variations are not considered defects.

6. Books and Graphotherapy Workbooks

Self-help books and Graphotherapy workbooks may be returned only if they are damaged during transit, incorrectly delivered or contain verified printing or manufacturing defects.

Books and workbooks cannot be returned once they have been read, written in, marked, folded, damaged or used as part of a programme or exercise.

7. Return Approval

Return requests will generally be reviewed within 24–48 working hours. Approval is subject to verification of the evidence provided.

Cosmic Sutra may reject a request if the product does not meet the return eligibility conditions.

8. Reverse Pickup and Return Shipping

Where available, Cosmic Sutra may arrange reverse pickup for approved returns. In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to safely self-ship the product to the address provided by our team.

Products must be securely packed. Refunds or exchanges may be rejected if the product is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or as store credit.

* Shipping, COD, payment gateway and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Cosmic Sutra.

10. Exchange Policy

A one-time exchange may be provided for eligible damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and may take 5–10 working days after approval and inspection. If the same product is unavailable, Cosmic Sutra may offer a suitable replacement, store credit or refund.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed, shipped, customized, activated, energized or specially prepared.

Once an order has been shipped or specially prepared, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

12. Disclaimer

Spiritual, astrological, Vaastu, energy, healing and self-development products are based on traditional belief systems, educational methods, individual faith and personal experiences. Results may vary from person to person.

Cosmic Sutra does not guarantee healing, protection, prosperity, success, handwriting improvement, behavioural change or any fixed personal outcome. Returns, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted because of expected or unsatisfactory results.

Essential oils are intended only for the usage described with the product. Customers should review the ingredients and usage instructions carefully before use.
